No. We are committed to never testing our formulas on animals. However, we do test many of our products on humans. This enables us to confirm that a formula is unlikely to be irritating or cause allergies.
Only beeswax used in some of our products. Our products contain no other animal ingredients.
Only our topical drug products have expiration dates in accordance with FDA regulations. Most of our oils and non-drug skincare products do not have expiration dates. All of our products have lot numbers. The lot number and expiration date (if applicable) can be found on the product label or the bottom of the product box or container.
Although some other brands also use natural ingredients, we believe our criteria for ingredient selection and our transparency about our ingredients meet or exceed current standards in the industry. For example, we have decided not to use some of the ingredients approved by the leading natural products certification group.
We test our products for stability and efficacy for the period up to the expiration date. For this reason, we recommend that you discard and replace any expired product you may have.
Virtually all of our ointments and balms do not need preservatives because they do not contain water. However, products containing water must use preservatives to prevent bacterial and mold growth. After careful consideration of the options, we have chosen to use phenoxyethanol and potassium sorbate in select formulas to maximize safety and efficacy. We do not use parabens in any of our products.
Some of your products have a noticeable aroma. Do you use any artificial fragrance in your products?
No. The aroma present in our products, if any, is due to the natural ingredients in the formulas. We never use artificial fragrances in our products. In those few instances where we do use fragrances, they are natural and phthalate-free.
All Earth’s Care® products are manufactured at an FDA-registered plant in Southern California.

If you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email at email@example.com. If you would like to change the address or credit card information, please ask us to cancel your original order and then place a new one. Please note we usually ship orders within 48 hours.
After you receive the item, you may return it for a refund or exchange if desired. Please refer to our refund & exchange policy.

Yes. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped. All shipments have tracking numbers that will be included in the email. Please note that ground shipments will take longer than air shipments. Our flammable products cannot ship by air.
We typically send out orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. Allow a few more days for the shipping carrier to deliver the order to you. You can track your order with the tracking number we provide you in the order confirmation email. Please note we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery date unless you select an expedited shipment method with an arrival date confirmed by the carrier.

Our boxes use paper certified by the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council). The FSC ensures that every batch of paper used to print our boxes is from certified well managed forests, company-controlled sources and/or recycled material. In accordance with FSC standards, these forests are controlled to maintain high conservation values, exclude illegally harvested timber, and protect human rights.
We studied various container options based on their ability to protect our premium oils from deterioration due to exposure to ultraviolet light. We determined that amber glass provides the best overall protection for our products.
Although we reviewed recycled plastic options in detail, we determined that the technology was not yet at the level needed to ensure the integrity of our products and to comply with FDA regulations. All of our current packaging material, including jars, is recyclable. We continue to monitor the characteristics of any new recycled plastic containers that become available.
